3. Contractual Obligations
By submitting bids, you are making a legal offer to buy the item. Once a bid wins an auction, a contract is created for the sale and purchase of the item. You agree to complete the transaction and pay the closing price.
4. Bidding System
Each bid consumes a credit from your balance. Bids have no independent monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. Repeated bidding can incur costs, so please monitor your activity.
5. Fraud and Restricted Behavior
We maintain strict rules to ensure fair auctions. You may not use false identities, invalid payment methods, or automated bidding bots/scripts. Fraudulent accounts will be banned and may face legal action.
6. Collusion and Team Play
Any form of collusion or team play is strictly forbidden. This includes multiple users coordinating to win an auction. Violators will have their wins voided and accounts permanently frozen.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (logos, text, graphics, software) is the property of WinBid or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the site's content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
10. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to withdraw, change, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
